How we lower your processing fees

We're a payment processing consultant and independent agent. We analyze what you pay today, negotiate transparent pricing with a licensed processor, and run the switch with your team. Four steps, no obligation until the last one.

The processing fee analysis process

The getaway plan.

  1. Send your statements

Three months of Stripe statements or a fee report export. That's everything we need to start.

Download them from the Stripe Dashboard (Reports or Balance, filtered to the same three months), or ask us for a secure upload link. Statements show volumes and fees, never card numbers.

  2. Get the analysis

Within 5 business days: your effective rate, where the money goes, and what the proposed pricing would cost on the same volume.

We rebuild your costs line by line: card rates, surcharges, add-on products, refunds and disputes. Then we price the same volume and card mix under interchange-plus and show both side by side.

  3. Decide

A written proposal with every fee and the contract terms. If it doesn't save you enough, you walk away. No cost.

You can also use the proposal to negotiate with Stripe. Either way, the decision is yours and there is no obligation.

  4. Switch

Underwriting, card data migration from Stripe, integration and testing, planned with your team so you can verify everything before live traffic moves.

Many merchants move traffic in stages: one product line, one region or a share of transactions first, then the rest once results are proven.

What we need from you

  • Three recent months of statements, or a fee report export covering the same months.
  • A short call or a few answers on your business: products, regions, average ticket, and which Stripe products you use.
  • Statements from any other processor you use, so the analysis covers all your card volume.

How to download your statements from Stripe

  1. Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard with an account that can view reports.
  2. Open Reports and choose the balance or fees summary for the last three full months. Monthly statements are also available under your account's documents.
  3. Download as CSV or PDF and send them through the secure link we provide.

Statements show volumes and fees. They don't contain card numbers.

What we do and what the processor does

We don't run processing infrastructure and we never hold your funds. Here is exactly who is responsible for what.

Processing is provided by a licensed processing partner, named in your proposal before you sign anything.

How we get paid

The analysis is free. If you switch, we are paid by the processing partner as a share of the processing revenue, which is already included in the pricing in your proposal. You never receive a separate bill from us, and the proposal shows every fee you will pay.

Because we're paid only when the new pricing saves you enough to switch, our incentive is to find a deal that genuinely beats what you pay today.

Working with us

How do you get paid?

The analysis is free. If you switch, we are paid by the processing partner as a share of the processing revenue, which is already included in the pricing shown in your proposal. You never receive a separate bill from us.

Which statements should I send?

Three recent months of Stripe statements, or a fee report export from the Stripe Dashboard covering the same period. If you process with more than one provider, include those statements too.

How long does the analysis take?

About 5 business days from receiving your statements. You get your effective rate, where the money goes, and what the proposed pricing would cost on the same volume.

Am I committing to anything by requesting an analysis?

No. The analysis is free and carries no obligation. You can use it to switch, to negotiate with Stripe, or simply to understand your costs.
