Short answer
Visa's Commercial Enhanced Data Program, launched in 2025, which sets the rules and fees for sending enhanced data on Visa commercial card payments.
Under CEDP, merchants that send valid enhanced (Level 2 and Level 3) data on Visa commercial cards can qualify for lower interchange, while Visa charges a participation fee on those transactions. The program replaced earlier Level 2 and 3 rules and tightened data-quality checks.
If a large share of your revenue comes from company cards, CEDP is worth reviewing with your processor. See Level 2 and Level 3 card processing.
